Take a Historic Harbor Towns cruise along Edenton Bay and the Albemarle Sound.

View the town of Edenton, the first North Carolina capital (1722-1743) and early Carolina’s international port. Before your cruise, visit the home of Penelope Barker, the leader of the ladies of the Edenton Tea Party. Cruise by the lighthouse that once welcomed ships into the Roanoke River but now stands on Edenton Bay. As you cruise up the bay, you can see Hayes Plantation, the home of North Carolina Governor Samuel Johnson. After your cruise, visit Edenton’s many Historic Sites and enjoy its shops, cafes, and bed and breakfast inns.

Vessel Information

Our new Hysu Cat boats are revolutionary. They are custom-built for the Albemarle Sound. They provide a smoother, less bouncy ride than other boats because of their specialty hull design.
